So… as I have mentioned earlier, I have not been writing…but I have been editing and teaching and I want to know…. do you consider this writing? I feel like I use just as much creative energy editing and critiquing as I do writing.

It’s where I am right now, but I still feel like I am shirking my writing self for my editing self. Is there space in our writing lives to be editors? Or do you give up your writing self for your editing self?

It’s been about 7 months since I wrote something new and maybe I am okay with it… maybe I am not… Not sure. I am in this weird liminal space of just going with the flow of what’s put in front of me and I am okay with it.
