First Pub of the Year and Plans for 2026

So happy to celebrate the new year with a publication in Ghost Parachute! Always grateful to Brett and the lineup looks amazing. I hope you check out “There’s a Dead Cat in the Installation” as well as the other flash and micros in the new issue.

Also, happy to have gotten my contributor copies from Prairie Schooner! So grateful to have my micro in there!

Do you all have any plans for this new year? I know some people set goals or resolutions and others don’t. I wobble between setting goals and not because I get so much anxiety when I over plan.

For me, I will most likely continue my weekly ukulele videos and weekly talk story but I am considering making weekly reading videos, where I read from Bitter Over Sweet and/or maybe do a weekly doodle based on my book as well. I am also hoping to get my novel into dev edits soon. Wish me luck!
