New Flash Fiction Review Shortlist, Ellipsis Zine Pub, and Rejections So Far

Celebrating this week with making the shortlist for New Flash Fiction Review Flash Fiction Prize, signing my contract for Cincinnati Review’s miCRo Series, and pubbing “Giving all the Aloha” in Ellipsis Zine!

It’s been a good week - even with you know who’s hissy fit on the social media platform that shall not be named - I’m staying until it burns down around me.

As of today, I have received 83 rejections so far this year, which isn’t too bad but way less than some of the others in my Rejection Competition. I am waiting for the rejection flood from the higher tiered mags that take months to answer.

Other than that, I’m so excited for my vacation. I need a break. Seriously.
